摘要
介绍了应用AT89S51单片机开发设计光栅尺位移测量系统的电路思路及软件设计方法。应用光栅位移传感器和辨向电路的设计原理,开发设计了一套在线测量位移装置,该装置测量精度可达到±0.01mm,实现了在机床加工过程中实时检测工件尺寸。
Introduced the way to design the circuit of the numerical control machine tools grating-ruler displacement measure system as well as its software design approach in AT89S51.Designed a device which can real-time measure and display the displacement of the work piece online in the accuracy of ±0.01 mm whit the principle of the numerical control machine grating-ruler displacement sensor and the method of the direction-judgment circuit.
