基于DFA的装配仿真系统的关键技术研究

摘要 在设计阶段考虑产品的可装配性,是提高产品设计效率的关键。本文从协同设计和企业信息集成的角度,对装配仿真中装配元件的位姿表示、变换和控制以及系统的模块组成和信息流程等关键技术进行了研究和分析。该系统作为CAAPP系统的一个子系统,能够较好地解决三维设计环境下装配工艺的设计问题。 The assembly feasibility of products during the course of designing is the key to improve product design efficiency. This article gives research and analyses about the system essential technology,such as the expressing,transforming and controlling of assembly components,the systematic module makeup and information procedure from the point of coordination designing and the information integration. This system can solve the assembly process designing problems under the three-dimensional design environment well,which is a subsystem of CAPP.
