摘要
复杂焊件的强度校核问题,采用常规的校核方法计算过程将非常复杂,并且计算结果不可靠,有时常规的校核方法并不可行,不能获得有效的结果。有限元分析方法在焊接现象模拟和焊接参数最优化中具有独特的作用,本文应用有限元分析(FEA)方法在ANSYS软件中对焊件工作环境进行模拟,通过分析计算获得焊缝截面的应力分布,从而可以得到可靠的强度校核结果。
For intensity checking problem of complicated weldment, it is difficult to get available result with conventional checking method and sometimes it is unfeasible. Finite Element Analysis has special effect on the simulation of the welding and the optimization of welding parameters. This paper applied FEA method to simulate function condition of weldment. By analyzing and calculating, the authors found the stress distribution of welding line section, and then had a reliable result of the intensity checking.
