摘要
该文讨论了氢化物原子荧光法测定味精样品中的铅,结果表明,样品经水直接溶解后,在30g·L^-1硼氢化钾(KBH4)还原剂介质和5g·L^-1氢氧化钾溶液中,样品溶液酸度以0.24mol·L^-1为最佳.铅浓度在2~12μg·L^-1范围内与荧光值呈线性,相关系数为r=0.9993.RSD小于10%,回收率为95%~102%.该法具有简便、准确、可靠、干扰少的优点.
This paper studied the determination of lead in Monosedium Gultamate by HG-APS method.A solution of 30g of potassium berohydride ( KBH4 ) dissolved in 1000mL containing 5g·L^-1 KOH solution was used as reductant to generate lead hydride. The results showed that : the best concentration of HCI in sample solution was 0.24 mol·L^-1. Linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity(If)and lead concentration held in the range of 2 ~ 12μg·L^-1 (r = 0.9993). RSD obtained was less than 10% .Recoveries were in the range of 95% ~ 102% .This method was proved to be not only good in accuracy and precision but also easy to manipalate and less in disturbance.
