青钱柳化学成分的研究

Study on Chemical Constituents of Cyclocarya paliurus

利用柱层析、硅胶薄层层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析对青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)叶中的化学成分进行研究,分离得到五个化合物,并通过核磁共振波谱法鉴定化合物的结构。五个化合物经鉴定为:α-乳香酸(Ⅰ),β-乳香酸(Ⅱ),齐墩果酸(Ⅲ),4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅳ)和3,6,3’,5’-四甲氧基-5,7,4’-三羟基黄酮醇(Ⅴ)。化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Phytochemical investigation of chemical constituents of the CHCI3 fraction of 75% alcohol extract from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus has resulted in the isolation of five compounds, ct-boswellie （ Ⅰ ）,β-boswellic （ Ⅱ ） , Oleanolic acid （ Ⅲ ）, 4-hy- droxyl-3-methoxyl-benzoic acid （ Ⅳ ） and 3,6,3＇,5＇-tetramenthox-5,7,4＇-trihydroxy-flavonol （ Ⅴ ）. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses, especially NMR. Compunds Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
