摘要
2005年白酒工业经济运行主要特点为:规模以上企业产量稳定,产销基本平衡;生产效益同步增长,行业效益较好;行业结构进一步优化,骨干企业作用明显;科技进步步伐加快,产品质量更趋稳定。在取得显著成绩的同时也存在着一些问题,这些问题对白酒工业经济运行已形成了严重制约。2006年的重点工作是:健全白酒生产经营的法律法规,合理调整白酒消费税政策;严格市场准入机制,优化经营环境;促进结构调整,引导白酒行业健康发展。(陶然)
The economic operation characteristics of liquor-making industry in 2005 mainly included: stable liquor yield for medium-scale and large-scale distilleries and the equilibrium realized between production and sales; evident increment of both productivity and economic profits and good industrial benefits; further optimization of industrial structure and increasingly significant roles of bone distilleries; and rapid technical and scientific progress and more stable product quality. Besides, there still existed some problems that seriously inhibited health development of liquor-making industry. The following work should be highly valued in 2006: to perfect the relative liquor manufacturing & management laws and regulations, to make proper regulations of liquor consumption tax policies, to execute strictly liquor market-entry policy, to optimize liquor marketing conditions, and to advance liquor structural adjustment to direct health development of liquor-making industry.
