摘要 建立了用HPLC测定葡萄中单体酚的方法,色谱条件为:HibarRTLichrospher反相C18柱,流动相为16%乙腈水溶液(含1%乙酸),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为280nm,进样量为10μL。测定了黑比诺和霞多丽中主要的几种单体酚(没食子酸、安息香酸、芦丁、丁香酸、阿魏酸、儿茶素)含量。 The determination of mono-phenol in grape by HPLC was developed and the chromatographic conditions were as follows: Hibar RT Lichrospher C18 column(250×4.0mm, 5 μm), mobile phase as 16 % acetonitrile in water (containing 1% acetic acid), flow-rate as 1.0 mL/mi,, detection wavelength at 280 nm, and injection volume as 10 μL. The content of several mono-phenols (gallic acid, 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, syringic acid, ferulic acid, catechin and turin hydrate) in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were determined by such method.
