体表逐搏希氏束电图的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨逐搏体表希氏束电图临床应用的可行性。方法通过使用极低噪声3通道高增益放大器,16位A/D转换,通过USB接口,应用模式识别和数字滤波联用方法对微信号进行处理,对36例志愿者和30例患者进行体表逐搏检测,并对60例患者应用心内导管记录方法和体表逐搏检测方法进行实时对照研究。结果36例志愿者、30例患者和60例经心内导管对照的患者用体表逐搏希氏束检测仪均清晰地记录到心房与心室之间的希氏束电活动,检测成功率100%。结论用体表逐搏记录到的希浦氏电活动是可靠的。希氏束电图的逐搏检测对电生理研究和诊断房室传导阻滞有广泛的临床实用价值。 Objective To inquire into of clinic applications recording surface His bundlc activity in man on beat to beat techniques. Methods Recording were performed with very low noise, high gain amplifiers and by analog filtering. 3 brigade amplifiers and 16 bite A/D was connected a microcomputer by USB. Signal was processed by A pattern recognition combined digital filtering software. 36 volunteers and 30 patients were detected, 60 cases were teal-time control with catheter detecting, Results A prominent waveform was observed between atrial and ventricular complexes and corresponded to His bundle activity in all volunteers and patients detecting successful rate was 100%. Conclusion A novel method that recording His bundle activity was credibility, noninvasive method of beat to beat surface recording His bundle activity has Broad clinical applicability and high utility for patients with latent A-V block and eletrophysiologic study in clinic application.
