摘要
经外粘片材进行抗弯加固的钢筋混凝土梁,除发生正截面破坏模式外,经常会出现一种早期的剥离破坏模式,这种破坏主要是由于片材端部或裂缝附近的界面剪应力与正应力所造成.通过16根CFRP抗弯加固钢筋混凝土梁的试验,主要研究纤维片材端部和裂缝附近的界面剪应力分布规律及其影响因素.研究结果表明:CFRP的剥离现象主要发生在CFRP的端部和跨中垂直裂缝的基部,纤维端部附近最大剪应力出现在CFRP端头处,而裂缝附近剪应力最大值的位置与纤维布剥离发展过程相一致且界面剪应力与无板长度、纤维层数及混凝土强度有关.
In case of RC members strengthened by means of externally bonded plate, a premature failure which is debonding failure and mainly due to both shear and normal stress induced in the plate-end or near crack can be detected in addition to the normal section failure mode. The paper mainly study interracial shear stress distribution and influence parameters on the experiment of 16 RC beam strengthened with CFRP. The results show that CFRP-debonding arose mainly from the end of CFRP and the bottom of vertical cracks at the midspan, the maximum interracial shear stress within a certain distance away from CFRP is at the end of plate, the maximum value distribution is the same to CFRP debonding, and the main influening factors are unsheeted length, layer number and concrete strength.
