摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锂离子蓄电池正极材料尖晶石结构的LiMn2O4粉体。考察了烧结温度对其结构及电化学性能的影响。随着烧结温度的升高,尖晶石型结构越来越完整,初始放电比容量增大,但循环性能却逐渐变差。在700℃下烧结10h得到了性能较好的LiMn2O4粉体,在电流密度0.1mA/cm^2,截止电压3.5~4.4V时首次放电比容量为126mA·h/g,稳定放电比容量达110mA·h/g,适合作为锂离子电池的正极材料。
The LiMn2O4 powder with spinel structure, which is used as cathode material for Li -ion battery, is prepared by sol -gel method. The influences of sintering temperature on the structure and electrochemical properties of the product are investigated. With the increase of the sintering temperature,the spinel type structure becomes increasely perfect and the initial specific discharge volume increases, but the cycling performance becomes gradually worse. The LiMn2O4 powder with better performance can be ohtained at sintering temperature 700 ℃ for 10 h. Under the conditions of current density of O. 1 mA/cm^2 and cut - off voltage of 3.5 ~ 4.4 V, the initial and stable specific discharge volume are 126 mA · h/g and 110 mA · h/g respectively. It is suitable for use in Li - ion battery as cathode material.
