摘要 在以硝酸、氯化钾、氧化镁为原料制取硝酸钾和氯化镁的工艺中,采用了温差法测定并控制氯化镁溶液蒸发质量分数。根据实验测定的数据建立了数学模型,研究确定了任意压强条件下氯化镁溶液质量分数与其沸点及二次蒸汽温度的关系式,通过直接测定溶液沸点及二次蒸汽温度,即可确定出氯化镁溶液质量分数。该法能快速、连续、准确地测定氯化镁溶液蒸发质量分数。 In the preparation of potassium nitrate and magnesium chloride from nitric acid, potassium chloride and magnesium chloride, the concentration of magnesium chloride solution was controlled by temperature differential method. Based on the experimental data, the mathematical model and the equation for the relationship between the concentration (mass) of MgCl2 solution and its boiling point and secondary steam temperature at any pressure were established. Through measuring the boiling point and the temperature of secondary steam, the concentration of MgCl2 solution can be easily obtained. This method is fast,continuous and accurate for the measurement of the evaporation concentration of MgCl2 solution.
