新场气田套管井测井技术研究及应用

摘要 近年来,川西新场气田为了解决在丛式井中无法取全取准测井资料和已下套管的老井需要重新进行地层评价的技术难题,与斯伦贝谢公司合作在X886井进行了全套的裸眼井与套管井测井,通过裸眼井和套管井测井的对比分析与评估试验,为今后在开发井中用套管井取代裸眼井测井提供技术保障。文章首先对目前套管井的测井技术现状进行分析,特别是过套管井电阻率测井和三探测器密度测井仪的应用分析,使得套管井测井系列更加全面和完善,同时研究了固井质量对套管井测井的影响。然后通过X886井裸眼井和套管井实际测井资料的对比,验证了通过环境校正后套管井测井资料的可靠性,为建立一套适合于新场气田蓬莱镇组和沙溪庙组孔隙型砂岩储层的套管井测井序列奠定了坚实的基础,为老井套管测井获取储层参数提供了全新的测量技术。 It is difficult to get full and reliable data from lateral well. West Si Chuan Xinchang gas field company cooperated with Schlumberger in well Xin 886, carried out whole open hole and case hole logging data acquisition. The purpose is to solve problem on lateral well logging data acquisition and formation reevaluation for old wells. This paper analysed the application status of cased-hole log technique, especially the application on case hole resistivity log and three detector density logging tool makes case hole logging program more perfect. At the same time, the effect of cementing quality on cased-hole log was studied. Through the comparison of open hole and cased-hole real log data from well Xin 886, the reliable of cased-hole log data is verified after environmental correction. It provides foundation for cased-hole well log in Xinchang J3P and J2S sandstone formation and advanced measuring technology to acquire essential reservoir data for old wells.
