摘要
碳纤维连续抽油杆作业车是设计用于碳纤维抽油杆的配套专业作业设备,作业过程中碳纤维连续抽油杆的悬重、下杆杆长是非常重要的作业工矿测量和控制参数。文中主要就碳纤维连续抽油杆作业车系统中抽油杆悬重和下杆杆长的测量进行了论述,给出了依靠杆的张力测量悬重和依靠驱动轮旋转圈数测量杆长的测量方案。现场实验结果表明,该设计是成功的。
Carbon fiber coiled sucker rod vehicle is professional equipment designed for the carbon fiber sucker rod, it is very important to measure the operation condition and control the suspending weight and length of the sucker rod in the process of working. In this Paper, a project on how to measure the suspending weight and length of carbon fiber sucker rod is introduced. This design has been proved to be successful in the practical testing.
