摘要 电子废弃物是增长最快、最难以处置的固体废弃物种类之一,其中蕴涵着巨大的社会财富和资源,解决其处置和资源化问题是经济社会可持续发展之所必需,是“生产——消费——报废”产业链上的核心科技问题之一。对国内外电子废弃物的收集、政策、处置技术和研究现状等作一综合评述。 Electronic scrap is one type of solid wastes, which is most difficult to dispose, and increasing rapidly in the world. There are many resources in it. The disposition and change into resources are very important to the continuance development of the society, and is one of the key problems of science and technology on the industry chain of manufacture-consumption-rejection. In this paper, the collection, government policy, disposition technology and research situation have been reviewed.
