Influences of Nd:YAG Laser + Pulsed MAG Arc Hybrid Welding Parameters on Its Weld Appearance

摘要 利用余高-熔宽比表示焊缝表面铺展性并与焊缝余高一起作为参数来评价激光+电弧复合热源焊缝的表面成形,通过试验研究了Nd:YAG激光+脉冲MAG电弧复合热源焊接过程中焊接规范参数对复合热源焊缝表面成形的影响,并分析了激光对复合热源焊缝表面成形的影响。研究结果表明,在电弧功率变化过程中,激光对复合热源焊缝表面成形影响较小,但随着激光功率的增大,其对焊缝表面成形的影响也逐渐增大。焊接速度变化过程中,激光束能量的加入不仅改善焊缝表面成形还极大地提高了焊接速度,而在光丝间距和离焦量变化过程中,激光束对复合热源焊缝表面成形的影响很小。 The reinforcement-to-width ratio, which was used to indicate the weld metal spreadability, and reinforcement were used to elevate weld appearance in Nd: YAG laser + pulsed MAG(Metal Active Gas) arc hybrid welding. The influences of hybrid welding parameters on hybrid weld appearance were studied by experiments. The studied results indicated that laser has a few influence on hybrid weld appearance in variation of arc power, while its influence will be strengthened with increasing of laser power. The addition of Nd: YAG laser into pulsed MAG welding not only improves the hybrid weld appearance, but also greatly increases welding speed. The influence of Nd; YAG laser on hybrid weld appearance is little in variations of laserarc distance and defocusing distance.
