摘要
目的:探讨半导体激光在牙齿漂白中的应用效果及临床价值。方法:用同一厂家生产的35%H2O2漂白剂涂在36名患者牙齿上,用半导体激光进行催化漂白。结果:经过一个疗程近1个小时牙齿激光漂白治疗,治疗前后牙齿颜色改变有显著差异,平均提高6.35±1.85色阶(P<0.001),漂白过程中,患者多数感到无痛或轻微酸痛,占80.5%,当晚感到有明显酸者上升至75%,但第二天基本无任何不适,占88.9%。另外,本研究结果还显示,漂白效果与性别及年龄相关性无显著差异。结论:半导体激光可以在短时间内催化药物使牙齿迅速变白、安全、痛苦少,且漂白效果与年龄及性别无关。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and value of semiconductor laser in tooth whiten. Methods: To lay the whitening gel including 35% H2O2 Made in the same factory on the teeth of 36 patients, then use semiconductor laser to catalyze the process of teeth whitening. Results, After the semiconductor laser treatment which costed about 1 hour, the color of teeth changed in such an obvious way that they raised 6.35±1.85 Color Shape (P〈0. 001). During the course of treatment, patients who felf painless or lightly painful was 80.5 %;while at the first night those who suffered from an obvious toothache soared to 75% ;the next day the ratio of the patients who did not feel uncomfortable was 88.9%. In addition,the study also showed that the whitening effect has little to do with the patients, gender or age. Conclusion, The semiconductor laser can catalyze the bleaching medicine within a short time to whiten the teeth with few pains,rapidly and safely. Moreover the bleaching effect has little to do with the patients'gender and age.
