Technology and characteristic of continuous casting of heavy rail steel at home and abroad

通过对大方坯生产重轨钢的钢水要求和连铸生产过程进行综述,分析了重轨钢大方坯连铸机的设计和重轨钢对质量的要求;并针对连铸过程中易出现的质量缺陷、解决办法和连铸关键技术作了系统讨论。

The liquid steel requirement and continuous casting process for the blooms of heavy rail steel were introduced. The design of the continuous caster for bloom of heavy rail steel and requirements for quality were analysed. The mass defect that often appears in continuous casting process, the relative solution and key technique are also systematically discussed.
