摘要
通过对济钢三炼钢1号连铸机结晶器液面结壳的原因进行研究分析,发现水口参数的最优化、合格的钢水质量、保温效果良好的保护渣以及严格操作是消除液面结壳的关键。
This paper analyzes the causes leading to shell formation at bath level in mould of No. 1 caster at No. 3 steelmaking Plant, Jinan Steel. The result shows that the optimized SEN parameters qualified quality of molten steel, well - insulation powder and improved operation are the essential factors to eliminate the shell formation at bath level.
