摘要
对祁连县养鹿场围栏放牧的11头梅花鹿公鹿的12项血清生化指标进行了测定,并对鹿茸血清与静脉血清的某些生化指标做了比较,发现静脉血清中钠离子浓度显著高于鹿茸血清(P<0.05)。
Eleven male sikas folded in the deer farm of Qilian county were used to measure twelve serum biochemical indexes and to compare some biochemical indexes between the pilose antler serum and the venous serum,It was showed that the sodium concentration in the venous serum was significantly more than those in the pilose antler serum(P<0.05)。
