摘要
对西宁地区平菇病原微生物的调查研究结果,平菇菌种培养和菌丝发育阶段易污染病原微生物,主要有3属细菌(假单胞菌,芽孢杆菌,黄单胞菌)和14属真菌(根霉、毛霉、酵母菌、木霉、青霉、曲霉、链孢霉、疣孢霉、轮枝霉、镰刀菌、菌褶头孢霉、白色石膏霉、疣孢褐盘菌、鬼伞)。在子实体形成和成熟采收阶段病原菌蔓延尤甚,给平菇生产造成极大危害。
The pathogenic microorganisms of oyster mushroom were investigated in Xining area.Three genus of pathogenic germs(Pseudo- monas,Bacillus,Xanthomonas)and fourteen genus of pathogenic fungus (Rhizopus,Mucor,Saccharomyces,Trichoderrna,Penicillium,Asper- gillus,Neurospora,Mycogone,Verticillum,Fusarium,Cephalasporium lamellicola,Papuiospora byssina,Peziza baclia,Coprinus)were isolated, with which the oyster mushroom could be eazily infected at the stages Of cultivating and hyphae growing.The oyster mushroom was liable to be polluted at the stages of the fruiting body forming,riping and picking which was harmful to the growth of the oyster mushroom seriously.
