摘要
目的:分析综合椎动脉型颈椎病的各种影像学表现及临床应用。方法:利用我院图书馆及上网查询浏览了几十篇有关椎动脉型颈椎病影像学检查方面的文献,并重点学习近20篇有关文献。对X线平片、磁共振血管成像(MRA)、CT血管成像(CTA)及经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCD)等几种检查方法的优劣进行了比较。结果:X线平片是常用检查方法,MRI、CTA及TCD能准确显示血管形态及血流,DSA因有创已不常用,EEC及脑血流图尚在摸索阶段。结论:几种检查方法各有其优劣,需综合分析,合理使用。
Objective：To analyze and comprehend imaging findings of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis and its clinical application. Methods： Looking up and studying literatures related to imaging examinations for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. The advantages and disadvantages of X - ray film, magnetic resonance angiography （MRA）,computer tomography angiography （CTA） and TCD were compared. Results： X-ray film is common examination method. MRI, CTA and TCD could accurately show the shape of blood vessel and blood flow. DSA was not frequently used because of appendant trauma. EEC and rheoencephalogram was in the stage of research. Conclusion： Imaging examinations should be applied appropriately according to their advantages and disadvantages.
