转化生长因子与紫癜性肾炎

摘要 目的:探讨转化生长因子β-1(TGF-β1)和紫癜性肾炎的关系。方法:阅读国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果:TGF-β1与紫癜性肾炎的发病机制,临床诊断、治疗和预后均有密切关系。结论:TGFβ1可成为紫癜性肾炎诊断和治疗的新靶点。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between transforming growth factor β1 (TGF - β1 ) and purpuric nephritis. Methods: Reading the literatures home and abroad, then summarizing them. Results: TGF - β1 was closely related to the pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of purpuric nephritis. Conclusion:TGF- β1 may be the new focus in diagnosis and treatment of purpuric nephritis.
