摘要
随着国家对我国高等院校基础设施建设投入的不断加大,高等院校的基建投资控制也越显重要。根据基本建设程序及高等院校的特点,对高等院校的基建投资控制作一些分析及研究。
As our socialist economic system has been improving for the past years, control of capital construction investment for institutions of higher education has become increasingly important. Based on capital construction procedures and the characteristics of institutions of higher education, we have done some analysis and research for the control of capital construction investment for institutions of higher education.
