Administrative Issue Exploration by the Chinese Communist Party in the Great Revolution in China

大革命时期,年轻的中国共产党人对未来无产阶级国家的政权理论进行了探索,初步达成这样的认识:即在民主革命时期所要建立的政权是各革命阶级的联合政权;这个政权应该以无产阶级为领导阶级,采用国民会议制的政体形式;这个政权是迈向社会主义的第一步。从理论上看,这种政权已初步具备了新民主主义政权的主要特征,虽不尽完善,但标志着中国共产党人向新民主主义政权理论迈出的一步。

After the founding of Chinese Communist Party, the inexperienced communists sincerely probed into the theory about what kind of proletarian administration they should establish. They initially reached the common cognition that a coalition administration of every revolutionary class should be established during the period of Democratic Revolution. As being the first step into socialism, it would be led by the class of proletarians in the form of ＂nation parliament. ＂ The coalition administration bears the features of the New Democratic one. Even though it was imperfect, it marked that Chinese Communist Party made the landmark progress toward the administrative theory in the New Democratic society.
