谈信用证下银行的审单责任问题

本文采用案例分析和比较的研究方法,根据UCP500以及ISBP的相关规定,就信用证下银行应承担的审单责任问题进行了探讨,试图解决实务中就银行应承担的审单责任所产生的一些质疑。

On base of the methodologies of Case Study and Comparative Investigation, this paper discusses on the liability for the examination of documents of banks by means of UCP500 and ISBP. The results try to give opinions on the requirements about the liability for the examination of documents of banks in the international business.
