中药《驱虫助长灵》研制及其驱虫增效试验

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF "CURE-ALL ANTHELMINTIC & GROWTH-PROMOTER

根据中兽医学“标本兼治，扶正驱邪”的原则，选用使君子、槟榔、党参、黄芪和蛋壳粉等十三味中药，经科学配伍、炮制，研制成既有驱虫特性又有添加剂功能的高效、低毒、广谱驱虫药—驱虫助长灵（Ｃｕｒｅ－ａｌｌａｎｔｈｅｌｍｉｎｔｉｃ＆Ｇｒｏｗｔｈ－ｐｒｏｍｏｔｅｒＣＡＧ）。驱虫助长灵还含有２１种氨基酸、多种糖、维生素、消化酶和１０种机体所需的微量元素，具有明显的助消化、促吸收和促进动物生长发育作用。毒性试验表明，该药低毒安全，小鼠的ＬＤ５０超过６６ｇ／ｋｇ。通过３８３５头猪、６３６只羊和４０头牛的驱虫、健胃和助长试验，证明对猪的蛔虫、钩虫、肺丝虫、类圆线虫、鞭虫的驱净率达９５～１００％。对牛羊的圆线虫、肝片吸虫、裸头绦虫等也有良好的驱虫作用，虫卵减少率平均达９８．５５～９９．９％。所有受试动物未发生一例中毒、死亡现象。在同等饲养条件下，驱虫助长灵试验猪日增重为５００～７５０ｇ，比不用药对照猪每头每天多增重１５１～２７５ｇ，比丙硫咪唑、左旋咪唑和敌百虫驱虫猪每头每天多增重８３．３～１２２ｇ，节约大量饲料，提前１５～３０天出栏，每头猪实际增加经济效益４５～５０元。我国中草药资源丰富，价格低廉，根据我国养殖业发展特点，该药?

Cure-all Anthelmintic & Growth-promoter'(CAG) that characterized as anthelmintic and forage additive, a scientific compatibility, was prepared with 13 kinds of herbs such as Quisqualis indiea. Areca calecha. Astragalus mongholicus, Codoropsis pilosala and eggshell etc. following the principle of Chinese medicine. that advocate both directly against the pathogenic factors and smoothing the symptoms, supporting vitality and driving out disease agents. in the treatment of diseases. CAG contained over 10 kinds of the trace elements, many kinds of amino acids. sugar and vitamines, and had obvious effects on assisting digestion. absorption and growth of livestock. The preparation was safe and low toxicity (the LD50 to mice is higher than 66 g/kg).3835 pigs. 636 sheep and 40 cattle were feeded with CAG testing its roles in anthelmintic, assisting digestion and promoting growth. The result showed that 95-100% of Ascaris suum.Globocephalus, Metastrongylus, Strongyloides and Trichocephalus suim in pigs were driven out. Obvious effects to Strongylidae, Fasciola sciatica and Anoplocophalidae in sheep and cattle were also obtained. None of the experimental animals showed poisoning signs or was dead.Under the same feeding and management. each of the pigs grow faster in the group of CAG (gaining 500-750 g body. weight every day) and 151 to 275 g heavier than the groups without anthelmintic and 83.3 122 g heavier than that feed abendazole. levamisole and diplerax. Thepigs were grown-up 15 to 30 days ahead of time. The application of CAG saved forage and thus increased 40 to 50 yuan income. The CAG had vast applicating value as medicinal the herbs were abundent in China.Eggshell contained nine kinds of ordinary and trace elements and other biological substances. In this paper. we first report that eggshell is a new kind of medicinal material besides being a kind of forage additives. It is surely benefit to clear the circumstance as eggshell being used scientifically.
