植入用缓释氟尿嘧啶犬皮下局部毒性实验

Experimental study of local toxicity on dog-subcutaneous tissue injection of slow-released 5-FU

目的观察植入用缓释氟尿嘧啶(商品名:中人氟安)单点一次性犬皮下植药后局部毒性反应,了解皮下给药的安全性。方法用专用植入针,分大、中、小三个不同剂量于犬后腿皮下植入缓释氟尿嘧啶,对照组植入不含氟尿嘧啶的空白辅料颗粒。结果大、中剂量组植药部位有局部发红,毛发稀疏、皮下硬结等局部刺激反应,小剂量组无病理变化。结论植入缓释氟尿嘧啶单点一次性植入剂量500 mg,产生的组织损伤是可修复的。

Aim To study local toxicity on dog-subcutaneous tissue injection of slow-released 5-FU. Methods Slow-released 5-FU were injected by special instrument . Results High and middle dosages result in local inflammation reaction, but low dosage does not. Condusion Slow-released 5-FU injected without a second time for 500mg is secure dosage.
