高效液相色谱法测定孕康口服液中黄芩苷含量

Determination of baicalin in yunkang oral liquid by HPLC

目的建立孕康口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法.方法高效液相色谱法,分析色谱柱Agilent Zorbax SB-C18（25 cm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸（44∶ 56）,检测波长为278 nm.结果黄芩苷的线性范围是0.0452～0.5420 μg（r=1.0000）.平均回收率为101.2%,RSD=2.06%（n=6）.结论该法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于孕康口服液的质量控制.

Aim To find the methods of determing of baicalin in yunkang oral liquid. Methods High performance liquid chromatography; stationary phase ： agilent zorbax SB-C 18 （ 25 cm× 4.6 mm,5 μm） column ; mobile phase ： methanol-1% Acetic Acid （ 44： 56 ） ; detecting wavelength ：278 nm. Results The linear range of baicalin concentration was 0. 0452 - 0. 5420 μg and the correlation coefficient was 1. 0000 ;the average recovery of the assay was 101.2%, and RSD = 2.06% （n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple, delicate and nicer. It can be used to control the quality of yunkang oral liquid.
