摘要
目的探讨食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养(Enteral Nutrition,EN)的相关问题及处理.方法分析2004年10月~2005年10月300例食管癌患者术后早期EN的临床资料,对出现的11种,252例问题采取针对性的措施.结果 232例问题经处理后顺利完成了EN;12例自行拔管、8例脱管终止EN.结论食管癌患者术后早期EN可出现多种相关问题,其中大多是人为因素和使用不当所致,加强EN的监护能减少相关问题的发生.
Aim To discuss the relative problems and solutions of postoperative early enteral nutrition ( EN ) of esophageal cancer patients. Methods We analyzed the clinical data of postoperative early EN of 300 patients with esophageal cancer in Anhui Provincial hospital from Octobe 2004 to October 2005, and dealt with 252 cases of 11 problems. Result After having been treated,232 cases succeeded in EN,another 12 cases pulled the tubes out and 8 patients'tube dropped out. Conclusion Emphasis on monitoring EN can reduse the incidence of the problems for patients with esophageal cancer.
