异丙酚及米索前列醇在人工流产中的应用

目的:探讨异丙酚、米索前列醇在人工流产中镇痛效果。方法:将612例无阴道分娩史的要求人工流产的早孕妇女随机分成4组:A组152例,静脉推注异丙酚2.0mg/kg,注毕手术;B组138例,术前2h含服米索前列醇400!g;C组124例,术前不应用异丙酚及米索前列醇;D组198例,术前2h含服米索前列醇400"g,术前静推异丙酚2.0mg/kg。观察4组镇痛效果、宫颈扩张、出血量、人流综合征及药物副反应。结果:D组镇痛效果及宫颈扩张程度都明显优于A、B、C组;应用米索前列醇的B组、D组术中出血量少于A组、C组。结论:异丙酚联合米索前列醇应用人工流产较单纯应用效果好,用药简单、安全,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explone the effect of propofol and misoprostol in didn＇t have history of vagina sparturition and wanted to have induced abortion were randomly divided into four groups.A group（152 cases） receive intravenous injection of propofol 2.0mg/kg and then have induced abortion.B group（138 cases） take misoprustol400μg in oral two hour before abortion.C group （124 cases）have abortion without propofol and misoprostol.D group （198 cases）take misoprusto1400μg in oral two hour before abortion and receive intravenous injection of propofol 2.0mg/kg then undergoing surgery.The effects on anesthesia, cervix dilatation,bleeding,abortion syndrome and side effects were invastigated.Results：D group in the effects on anesthesia,cervix dilatation is better than A, B, C group obviously（P 〈0.01 ）.Using misoprostol B, D group bleed least than A, B group（P 〈0.01 ）.Conclusion： It is effective in using propofol and misoprostol in iuduced abortion.It is simple.safe and worthy to he popularized in clinic.
