摘要 阐述了半导体热电致冷器(TEC)的基本工作原理,分析了TEC线性驱动和PWM驱动的原理以及采用PWM驱动的优点,介绍了PID温度补偿控制的原理,并设计了实验。采用相同的测试条件,对MAX1978、ADN8830和线性功率管进行了性能测试,实验数据表明温度控制电路采用PWM驱动功耗更小,全温(-40-60℃)控制效果更好。 The principles of TEC, the linear driver and PWM driver and the PID temperature compensating are presented. The experiments are designed to test the performances of MAX1978, ADN8830 and linear power dioxide under the same test conduction. The experiment results show that the power consumption is less and the temperature control pression is better by using PWM drive.
