益气活血解毒法治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化32例

Treatment of 32 cases of hepatocirrhosis of hepatitis B with therapies of replenishing qi, activating blood circulation and removing toxics

目的观察益气、活血、解毒中药治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。方法选择乙型肝炎肝硬化患者65例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,均给予常规综合治疗,治疗组再加用自拟自制中药散剂(太子参、白术、茯苓、丹参、生地、功劳叶、化橘红、姜半夏、白花蛇舌草、蚤休、甘草)治疗。3个月为1个疗程。观察治疗前后患者的症状、体征、肝功能、B超指标的变化。结果肝功能及肝脾B超观察指标治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血解毒法对乙型肝炎肝硬化的治疗有辅助作用,加用此法在改善患者症状、体征、肝功能等方面优于单纯使用常规综合治疗。

Objective To observe the curative effect of the Chinese herbal drugs with the effects of replenishing qi, activating blood circulation and removing toxies on hepatocirrhosis of hepatitis B. Method To select 65 cases of hepatocirrhosis of hepatitis B and divide them randomly into two groups. The routine synthetical treatment was given to two groups respectively, and the treatment group was given additionally Chinese herbal powder （including Radix Pseudastellariae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Poria, Radix Salviae Milti orrhizae, Radix Remanniae, Folium Mahoniae, Exocarpium Citri Grandis; Rhizoma PineUiae roasted by ginger; Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, Rhizoma Pasidis and Radix Glycyrrhizae） for 3 months as a treatment course. The symptoms, signs, liver function and outcome of ultrasound B examination were observed in patients before and after the treatment. Result The observation indexes of liver function, ultrasound B in the treatment group were all better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapies of replenishing qi, activating blood circulation and removing toxics has the supplementary effect on hepatocirrhosis of hepatitis B, and better curative effects than the routine synthetical treatment on relief of symptoms and signs, and improvement of liver function in the patients with hepatocirrhosis of hepatitis B.
