电针配合穴位注射治疗缺血性中风的临床观察

Treatment of ischemic apoplexia with electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection

目的观察电针配合穴位注射治疗缺血性中风的疗效。方法将78例缺血性中风患者随机分为电针+穴位注射组(以下简称治疗组)和电针组(以下简称对照组),治疗30d。结果治疗前后两组神经功能缺损程度评分减少和功能独立性评估(FIM)评分增高有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损程度和FIM分值改变与对照组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论电针配合穴位注射治疗缺血性中风疗效优于单纯用电针治疗,它能促进患者神经功能缺损的恢复,同时能明显提高患者的日常生活实际完成能力。

Objective To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection on escbemic apoplexia. Method To divide randomly 78 patients with apoplexia into the treatment group treated with electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection and the control group treated with electroacupuncture only, and two groups were treated for 30 days respectively. Result The scores of neural defective degree was decreased and FIM grades were increased in two groups with the significance before and after the treatment （P〈0.01）. The difference between two groups in neural defective degree and FIM grade was great significant （P〈0.01）. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The therapy of electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection has a better curative effect than only electroacupuncture on ischemic apoplexia, and can improve the recovery of patient＇s neural function and daily life ability.
