在宫颈癌组织中检测细胞凋亡及c-erbB-2表达的意义

The examination of apoptosis and expression of c-erbB-2 in cervical carcinoma.

目的探讨宫颈鳞癌细胞凋亡及c-erbB-2表达与宫颈癌预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化 TUNEL及S-P法对106例宫颈癌石蜡包埋组织进行细胞凋亡及c-erbB-2表达检测,并分别以已知阳性对照切片作为阳性对照。结果不同分化程度宫颈癌组织中,细胞凋亡和c-erbB-2的阳性率不同。分化程度高,则细胞凋亡率高;分化程度低,则c-erbB-2阳性率高。同时有细胞凋亡和c-erbB-2阳性表达在低分化宫颈癌中最高。结论细胞凋亡及c-erbB-2可作为判定宫颈癌预后的可靠指标。

Objective To study the relationship between apoptosis and e-erbB 2 in cervical carcinoma. Methods Using immunohistochemical method, we examined 106 samples of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Results The results show that the positive rates of apoptosis and c-erbB-2 were different in carcinoma tissue with different degree of differentiation. The higher the differentiation, the higher the rate of apoptosis, and the lower the differentiation, the higher the expression rate of c-erbB-2. Conclusions The examination of apoptosis and expression of c-erbB-2 in cervical carcinoma may be the reliable indicators to judge the prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
