介绍了海洋权益维护信息系统的总体结构、数据库组成和主要功能。已开发的基础功能模块和子系统包括:基础地理信息系统数据管理、海域划界、海洋调查项目管理和辅助决策等。
This paper introduces the architecture, database and the main fanction of the information system for marine rights and interests maintaining. The developed basic modules and subsystem includes basic geographic information data management, marine delimitation, marine research project management and assistant decision-making, etc.
