宝钢1BF大钟拉杆热处理工艺的研究

Heat treatment technology of Baosteel 1BF big bell pull-rod

本文对２６ＮＣＭＶ３５Ｃ钢进行了不同回火温度、不同淬火温度、等温淬火和热处理工艺研究，判断大钟拉杆所采用的热处理工艺及该材料的金相组织。试验表明：２６ＮＣＭＶ３５Ｃ钢的最佳热处理工艺为８７０℃油淬。

The heat treatment technology of Baosteel IBF big bell pull-rod ,which was made from the material 26NCMV35C, has been investigated.By the use of different tempering temperature ,different quenching temperature and isothermal quenching.The result obtained shows that there is the best way of the treatment prcesses,that is first the pull-rod must be quenched in oil at the temperature 870℃,second,tempered at 590℃temperature,and the last,cooled in oil.
