谷物中掺杂油菜籽的转基因成分检测 被引量:1

摘要 杂质是谷物及其加工产品中转基因成分污染的一个重要来源,本文对来源于进境谷物中的50份油菜籽样品进行了转基因成分(gox基因、pa t基因和bar基因)检测。通过常规定性PCR检测,在31份样品中检出转基因油菜籽,检出率为62%。本研究使用AB I 7700定量PCR仪对油菜籽样品DNA进行了实时荧光PCR定性检测分析,在32份样品中检出含有转基因油菜籽,检出率为64%。在今后要加强进出口谷物中杂质作物的转基因成分检测。 The presence of transgenes in 50 rapeseed samples from imported grains were determined by conventional PCR and real-time PCR. The conventional qualitative PCR results showed that GMO derived material existed in 31 samples , and the percentage is 62%. Furthermore, real-time qualitative PCR was conducted by ABI 7700 Sequence Detection System, and GMO derived material was found in 32 samples , and the percent- age is 64%. it is necessary to detect transgenes in foreign materials in the future.
