摘要
湿陷性黄土地区往往由于地基处理不当,造成建筑物地基不均匀沉降,给建筑物的安全带来很大的安全隐患。通过系列工程研究并结合多项工程的经验计算公式,在对实际工程进行理论分析的基础上,总结了石灰桩膨胀法加固湿陷性黄土的技术建议,并利用孔隙挤密原理推导了消除黄土湿陷性的计算公式,同时,运用相关的加固地基技术,在系列工程实践中应用效果较好,成功实现了建筑物的基础加固。
Differential settlement of the foundation brings the building greatly potential danger because of the improper treatment. Through research and practice of many projects, an expansive reinforcing method that the quicklime pile may be used for the reinforcement of collapsible loess is proposed on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical experience. The computational formula for reducing collapse of loess is deduced by using pore extending principle. This method is to drive mixture quicklime piles into the soil and increase the compactness of foundation soil, then the purpose of reinforcement of foundation is realized. This method was used in many projects and satisfactory results were obtained.
