价值工程在建筑工程招标评标中的应用

在简要分析建筑工程评标现状的基础上,提出了应用价值工程评标的方法,介绍了AHP(层次分析法)方法在价值分析中的应用,并通过典型的案例分析,提出了运用价值工程进行评标的操作步骤和方法,最后验证了该方法的可行性和优越性。

This paper firstly introduces the condition of appraising bids in the construction field,and then explores the method of the application of value engineering to appraise bids. The method of analytic hierarchy process is studied in the paper. The paper discusses in detail for the procedure and method of appraising bids by applying of the value engineering. It also explains superiority and feasibility of the method by analyzing engineering example.
