俄罗斯教育部决定原样再版发行《联共(布)党史简明教程》,标志着俄罗斯在重新反思历史。分析苏联社会主义的历史,必须坚持实事求是的原则;全面地分析,分清主流、支流;历史地分析即放到当时历史条件下进行评价;分清社会主义基本制度和具体体制。

Russian Ministry of Education decides to republish A Concise Course of Soviet Party in the original version, which shows that Russia is reevaluating history. The analysis of the history of Soviet socialism should be based on facts and the analysis should be comprehensive. Furthermore, the evaluation should be made according to the historical background and the distinction between the basic system and the concrete institution should be drawn.
