摘要 采用不同质量浓度壳聚糖溶液处理大豆种子并进行萌发和盆栽实验.测定了种子的发芽率及幼苗的株高、鲜重、干重和根长等,并对胚乳中α-淀粉酶活性及幼苗叶绿素的含量和根系活力等生理指标进行了测定.结果表明壳聚糖对大豆种子的萌发和幼苗生长具有促进作用.随着处理浓度的提高各项指标有所提高,4 g/L是最佳处理浓度.处理浓度进一步增大,表现出抑制作用. This experiment adopts chitosan of different quality density to deal with the soybean seeds and carries out the sprouting and bonsai test. The test measures the sprouting rate of the seeds and the height, the fresh weight, the dry weight and the root length of the seedling . It also ascertains the vigor a-change of amylase among the endosperm,the chlorophyll content of the seedlings and the rootstock energy by measuring. The result shows the sprouting and growth of the soybean seeds. All the indexes raise as the density continues. The perfect density level is 4%. With the furthering concentration,a restraining effect appears.
