择时服用黄芪的抗肿瘤作用研究

Antineoplastic Effect of Time-Selecting Administration of Huangqi

目的:观察不同时间服用黄芪对大鼠移植性肝癌的作用。方法:对已适应12∶12明暗交替环境中的Wistar大鼠进行肝内walker256瘤块移植,1周后分别择时用药,4周后采集血液标本检测相关指标。结果:峰时(12:00)用药组瘤体显著小于其他时间用药组和对照组,谷时(20:00)组、峰谷间(16:00)组及对照组间无显著性差异。谷时用药组白细胞数较对照组回升(P<0.05),其余各组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。各组间淋巴细胞百分比(L%)、中性粒细胞百分比(N%)差异无显著性(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,峰时用药组血清IL-2水平明显上调(P<0.05),峰谷间用药组血清IL-2水平进一步下降(P<0.05),谷时用药组差异无显著性(P>0.05);峰时用药组及峰谷间时用药组血清IL-6与模型组比则下降(P<0.05),谷时用药组IL-6水平则无差异(P>0.05)。表明不用时间服用黄芪对肿瘤的作用不同,可能与其对IL-2、IL-6的分泌影响不同有关。结论:临床应用黄芪治疗肝癌等肿瘤应择时用药。

Objective;To observe the effect of time-selectin administration of Huangqi on transplantation hepatocarcinoma.Method;Walker 256 tumor cubes were transplanted into the liver of Wistar rats which had adapted to the light and shade alternation of 12：12.A week later,the rats were given drugs respectively at different time,and four weeks later the blood samples were collected to examine the indes,Results：The tumor cubes of the peak-time administration group（12：00）were obviously smaller than those of other administration groups at different time and the controlled group.There was no significant difference among the vally-time administration group（20：00）,the middle of peak and vally time administration group（16：00）and the controlled group.The white cell quantity of the valley-time administration group rised in comparison with that of the controlled group（P〈0.05）.There is no significant difference among other groups,As to the percent of lymphocyte and the percent of neutrophilic granulocyte of all group,there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Coonpared with the controlled group,the blood serum 11-2 level of the peak time administration group incresed evidently,while the blood serum IL-21 level of the middle of peak and valley time administration group had a further decrease.The valleu time administration group showed no remarkable difference（P〉0.05）.The blood serurn IL-6 of the peak time edrninistration,group and the middle of peak and valley time administration group decreased in comparison with that of the model group（P〈0.05）.while the blood serum IL-6 level of the valley time administration group showed no difference（P〉0.05）.The above results showed that the adrninistrations of Huangqi at different time had different effect on the turnor,which is probably related to its influence on the secretion of IL-2 and IL-6.Conclusion：Time should be selected in the clinical application of Huangqi to the treatment for hepatocarcinoma.
