《太平圣惠方》有关辨证论治的特点和贡献

《太平圣惠方》有关辨证论治的理论少、实践多。表现为总论简约,处方前后没有证候的展开和加减用药;有关辨证理论大多沿袭《内经》、《伤寒论》等著作。书中未严格区分阴虚、阳虚、血虚、津液虚,这类理论也没有形成。论虚必称虚寒、阳虚,但处方中不乏治疗血虚、阴虚者。其对疾病的归类趋于合理,处方、用药极大丰富,多为煮散,充分反映出辨证论治时代疾进的步伐。其辨证论治的方法,对于丰富中医基础理论及指导临床用药有很大帮助。

Peaceful Holy Beneuolent Prescriptions has fewer theory but much more practice about syndrome differentiation and treatment,which is revealed in its simple pandect,having no syndrome development and modification of adiministration before and after the prescriptions.All the theories about syndrome differentiation follow Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine and Treatise on Febrille Diseases.There is no strict classification of yin-deficiency,yang-deficiency,blood deficiency and blood fluid deficiency in the book ,since the theory has not come into being.While discussing deficiency,the book must mention deficiency cold and yang deficiency ,but some prescriptions for blood deficiency and yin deficiency are discussed in the bool.Its classification of diseases tends to be rational and the presctiptions（mainly decoctions）and administration are plentiful,which reflects the rapid development of era of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Its syndrome differentiation and treatment enrich the basic TCM theory and guide the clinical administration.
