Preparation and properties of aminosugar surfactants——A new type of chitin derivatives

简要介绍了制备氨基糖类表面活性剂的基本原料———甲壳素、壳聚糖和甲壳低聚糖;较详细地阐述了两类氨基糖类表面活性剂———高分子壳聚糖类表面活性剂和甲壳低聚糖类表面活性剂的制备方法;重点论述了这两类氨基糖类表面活性剂的表面活性等功能性质,并简要提及了氨基糖类表面活性剂的构效关系;指出了氨基糖类表面活性剂研究存在的问题和应用前景。

Chitin, chitosan and chitooligosaccharides, the basic materials for preparing aminosugar, were briefly presented. The preparation means of two kinds of aminosugar surfactants high molecular weight chitosan surfactants and chitooligosac- charide surfactants were summarized in detail. Discussion with respect to functional properties, such as surface activity of the two kinds of aminosugar surfactants were focused; while the structure - function relationship of these compounds was briefly mentioned. The problems need to be resolved in the field of aminosugar surfactants and the potential applications of the derivatives of chitin were pointed out.
