三软煤层巷道支护方式的优化设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 从软岩的特性、三软巷道围岩的矿压特征分析入手,采用实验室相似模拟实验,在静压条件下对不同支护方式的支护效果以及围岩活动规律进行研究,通过ANSYS数值模拟,进行验证分析,从理论上对巷道围岩锚固体位移进行预测,说明锚梁网加锚索联合支护更能适应三软煤巷的支护,并在皖北孟庄煤矿三软煤巷中得到应用,取得了理想的支护效果,对我国分布广泛的软岩巷道支护也提供了有益的借鉴。 Starting from the features of soft rock and the characteristics of the surrounding rock of coal roadway in three-soft rock and with the simulation test in the laboratory, research was made on the support effect and the movement regularity of the surrounding rock in different support mode and under different static pressure in this paper. Through ANSYS numerical simulation, proving analysis was conducted, the displacement of the anchored body of surrounding rock around the roadway was theoretically predicted, the research result showed that the combined support with anchor beam, mesh and cable is more suitable for the support of three-soft coal roadway, this result has been found application in the three -soft coal roadway in Mengzhuang Mine of Wanbei Coal Administration and ideal support effect has been obtained, so it can be used for reference for the roadway support in soft rock in many coal mines.
