蝎宝胶囊对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的作用

Effect of Xiebao capsule on immune function in tumor bearing mice

目的研究蝎宝胶囊对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能及生存期的影响,探讨其治疗荷瘤小鼠的机理.方法分成正常对照组、荷瘤对照组、荷瘤给药组,除外正常对照组接种腹水型肝癌H22细胞1×10^6/只.三天后,用蝎宝胶囊粉灌喂.分别观察各组小鼠淋巴细胞亚群（CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋）的改变和小鼠的生存期.结果与荷瘤组比较,蝎宝胶囊能明显提高荷瘤小鼠CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋的百分比和绝对值（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）,且能明显延长荷瘤小鼠存活期,延长生命率56.9%～60.4%.结论蝎宝胶囊能明显延长荷瘤小鼠存活期,其机理可能是通过提高小鼠的细胞免疫功能,激发T细胞活性而实现.

Objective To investigate the effects of Xiebao capsule on immune function and survival period in mice beating tumor together with anti-tumor mechanism of Xiebao capsule.Methods All the mice were divided into three groups, i.e. normal control group, tumor control group and treatment group. Except the normal group, each mouse was injected with 1 × 10^6 liver carcinoma H22 cells . Three days later, the treatment group were fed with Xiebao powder. The sublymphocytes （ CD3 ^＋ ,CD4^ ＋ , CD8^ ＋ ） and survival period were observed.Results Comparecl with tumor control group Xiebao capsule could significantly improve the percentage of CD3^ ＋、 CD4^ ＋ .CD8^ ＋ in treatment group （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）, and prolong survival period （56.39 % - 60.4 % ）. Conclusion The results suggest that Xiebao capsule can prolong survival period in tumor bearing mice, and may improve immune function through stimulating the activity of T calls.
