针刺配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

Effect Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Manipulative Therapy in Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

目的:观察针刺配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取椎动脉型颈椎病患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予针刺配合手法和针刺配合牵引治疗,观察比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治愈显效率78.34%,总有效率96.67%;对照组治愈显效率61.66%,总有效率93.33%。两组在治愈显效率上有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针刺配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效优于针刺配合牵引治疗。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture associated with manipulative therapy in treatment of the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methobs：120 cases of the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly. Treated with acupuncture associated with manipulative therapy and acupuncture associated with traction respectively. The curative effects were compared by observations. Results：The cured and markedly effective rate of treatment group was 78.34% ,the total effective rate was 96, 67%. The cured and markedly effective rate of control group was 61.66%, the total effective rate was 93.33%. The cured and markedly effective rate was significant differencebetween two groups statistically （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect of acupuncture associatedwith manipulative therapy is better than acupuncture associated with traction treatment.
