摘要
针对天津盘山电厂22号空气预热器大轴断裂情况,利用ANSYS有限元软件,建立了以实体单元为基本单元的大轴有限元计算模型,在此模型基础上进行不同工况的静应力分析和瞬态的冲击载荷分析。根据空气预热器实际工作环境及有限元计算结果,分析出大轴断裂的原因。
In the course of investigating the spindle fracture of Tianjin Guohua Panshan Power Plant's No. 22 air heater, by using ANSYS software and taking the real object as the basic element, an FEM model was set up for analyzing its stress under static and transient impact load conditions for various modes of operation. The cause of fracture was thus ascertained by FEM calculation in accordance with actual working conditions. Refs 5.
