Regarding the developing conditions and practical problems in the construction of athletic culture on a university or college campus, the article has discussed how the building up of athletic culture has been effected by cultivating sportsmanship and put forward some pieces of advice on how to enforce the cultivation of sportsmanship in order to better the athletic culture.
