二茂铁甲酸/L-半胱氨酸修饰金电极的制备及对抗坏血酸的电催化测定 被引量:4

摘要 实验制备了二茂铁甲酸/L-半胱氨酸自组装金电极,并用循环伏安法和电化学阻抗予以表征,研究了该电极在磷酸氢钾—磷酸氢二钾溶液(pH=7.0)中的电化学行为,考察了介质、酸度对修饰电极伏安行为的影响。实验表明,该电极对抗坏血酸(AA)的电化学氧化具有明显的催化作用。用示差脉冲伏安法对AA进行了测定,其氧化电流于AA的浓度在2.52×10-5-6.31×10-3molL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9931,检出限为1.30×10-6mol L-1. It is The electrochemical behavours of ferrocene carboxylic acid modified gold electrode are investgated in phosphorate buffer solution (pH=7.0), and the effect of medium and acidity on the cyclic voltammograms is investgated, too. The result obtained shows that the modified electrode exhibites a notable electrocatalytic response to the oxidation of ascorbic acid . The current is proportional to the concentration of ascorbic acid in the range of 2. 52×10^-5-6.31×10^-3mol L^-1. The detection limit is 1.30×10^-6 and the correlative cofficient is 0. 9931.
